Eucharistic Reflection - Spending Time Before The Blessed Sacrament

Ven. Bruno Lanteri spent time daily before the Blessed Sacrament. Maybe we should follow his example:

"In my visit to the Blessed Sacrament, I will make an act of faith, of adoration; I will ask for His help in the matters I face, or meditate on a phrase from the Our Father, or pray the Our Father with His aid, seeking the graces we ask for in it, or give thanks to Him, or pray the 'We fly to thy patronage O Holy Mother of  God.' This will be a prayer from the heart: 'In the visit to the Blessed Sacrament...pray, read, recite prayers, but stopping at times, with sighs, pauses, affections of the heart, and intervals for reflection'."
