Ven. Bruno Lanteri spent time daily before the Blessed Sacrament. Maybe we should follow his example: (Photo©Michael Seagriff) "In my visit to the Blessed Sacrament, I will make an act of faith, of adoration; I will ask for His help in the matters I face, or meditate on a phrase from the Our Father, or pray the Our Father with His aid, seeking the graces we ask for in it, or give thanks to Him, or pray the 'We f ly to thy patronage O Holy Mother of  God .' This will be a prayer from the heart: 'In the visit to the Blessed Sacrament...pray, read, recite prayers, but stopping at times, with sighs, pauses, affections of the heart, and intervals for reflection'."
