Eucharistic Reflection -"It's Not That Difficult To Be A Good Catholic"

“There is no gimmick. We just (1) believe everything God has told us through Church and Scripture, and (2) respond with adoration.

And then everything else that is necessary will follow – as it did for Mary, for whom there was ‘only one thing needful,’ and as it did for all the saints, and as it does for Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity, who are simply the holiest and happiest people in this entire world.

Adoration means especially Eucharistic Adoration. In that silence there is a power greater

than a thousand nuclear weapons, greater than the sun, greater than the Big Bang. It is the power of God released when the atom of the Trinity was split on the Cross and the explosion of redeeming blood came out. In Eucharistic Adoration we touch this power, which is the root of everything, for it is Christ the Pantocrator (i.e. ruler of the universe, creator and savior). We touch the candle of our souls to the fire of His passion, His passion for souls, and we catch the flame.”

PRAYER TO BE PRESERVED FROM SUDDEN DEATH

MOST AMIABLE JESUS "I humbly implore Thee by Thy ignominious Scourging, The Crowning with Thorns, Thy Holy Cross, and by all Thy Goodness, not to permit me to pass out of this world without having received Thy most holy Sacraments." -Prayer of St. Vincent Ferrer

PRAYER OF ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA

"Eternal Father, all things are possible for You. Although You created us without our assistance, You will not save us unless we help. Therefore, I pray You re-create their wills so that they wish for what they do not wish for: I ask this of Your infinite mercy. You have created us out of nothing. Now that we exist have mercy on us. Re-make the vessel which You created in Your own image and likeness. Bring them back to Your grace through the grace and blood of You Son, the beloved Jesus Christ."
