People were astonished that we would do this, yet it is nothing compared to the Nigerians who walk and hour one way through the jungle to attend Mass in their thatched church - no electricity, outdoor latrines, etc. is their way of life. We will be judged for our lack of sacrifice and upside down priorities when it comes to visiting Jesus outside of Mass, and our lack of reverence at Mass. I point the finger at myself first.
